Winemaker Dinner
Five courses in the barrel room, each paired with a library or reserve wine and a story from Elena Marsh.
Once a year we set one long table in the barrel room for 40 guests. A visiting chef cooks five courses from the farms around Paso Robles, and Elena Marsh pours wines you will not find in the tasting room.

Stomp grapes, taste fermenting juice straight from the tank and sit down to a long lunch in the vineyard.

Blending Workshop
Sit at the cellar table with Elena Marsh, taste single-variety barrel samples and blend a bottle of your own to take home.
