Blending Workshop
Sit at the cellar table with Elena Marsh, taste single-variety barrel samples and blend a bottle of your own to take home.
Every year our GSM starts as three separate wines. In this three-hour workshop our winemaker Elena Marsh walks you through the same process she uses: taste each component, decide what it adds, then build a blend you love.
You will
Taste Grenache, Syrah and Mourvedre straight from barrel
Learn how winemakers think about fruit, structure and texture
Measure, taste and adjust your own blend
Bottle, cork and label one bottle to take home
Ages 21 and up. A light lunch of local bread, cheese and olive oil is included.
