The blend changes a little every year, and that is the point. In 2022 it is 50% Grenache, 30% Syrah and 20% Mourvedre, put together by Elena Marsh and the whole cellar team over one long afternoon of tasting.

Each variety aged separately for 12 months in neutral barrels and large oak casks, then blended and rested for three more months before bottling.
